No, and I'm frankly disappointed that we're still having this conversation.
[TL;DR-- the only reason people think that Wanda can't have children is because of House of M/Disassembled, but this is one of many contradictions to her established history that no longer apply. The only reason people still hold onto this notion is misogyny and poor reading comprehension}
The only reason Wanda and Vision couldn't conceive children naturally is because Vision is a robot. That's it. It is really that simple. There is no indication in the original storyline that Wanda herself has any kind of reproductive issues. Even when it was revealed that the children weren't "real", her actual pregnancy is never invalidated.
Years later, in Disassembled and House of M, Professor X and Doctor Strange both imply that it was Wanda herself who was unable to conceive. Disassembled and HoM are full of major contradictions to Wanda's history and lore, and this is one of them. Most of these contradictions are also intended to pathologize and demonize Wanda through a series of deeply misogynistic tropes, which paint the character as a hysterical woman who hallucinated being pregnant.
Fortunately, most of this was retconned or walked back in the years following, including the stuff about Wanda's pregnancy. This means that while Disassembled/HoM are a pivotal moment in the canon, nothing that is said about Wanda herself should be taken at face value.
Nevertheless, there is a negative perception of the character which has continued to linger for over two decades, and which seems to warp everybody's reading comprehension and critical thinking skills. Infertility is not the cause of Wanda's trauma or mental health problems, nor was it a factor in Billy and Tommy's unusual birth, death, and rebirth. When people claim that Wanda is unable to have children, they are parroting a sexist and ableist narrative that was needlessly destructive to her, and several other characters. Invalidating Wanda's motherhood also reinforces certain racist tropes about Romani families.
Obviously, women with reproductive health problems and women who cannot have biological children deserve sensitive, authentic representation. Wanda is not that character, and I just don't think it's possible to rework this particular story in that way.
