You wanna know what would really be messed up? If the soldier serum affected the way Steve aged. Like he goes back in time, and he gets married and he’s married and every things great right? Well, 10, 15, 20 years pass and he’s barely changed. He’s noticed it, Peggy’s noticed it. And he’s freaking out. He goes to Shield and it shows that the serum has slowed his aging process. So now he gets to sit w/ Peggy and watch  her slowly wither away without him. He’s still retired, but he has to live with that fact he might out live all of his loved ones by who knows how many years.

He entered the floor of where his apartment was at.

Your room was just down the hall, so you two tended to do stuff together to keep each other company.

From your room, he could hear soft music playing, so he opened the door and saw you humming to the slow song and barely moving your feet almost as if you were urging to dance.

He smiled and walked up to you until you made eye contact with him.

Steve: “Need a partner?”

You blushed a bit, but the room was too dark for him to notice.

He grabbed your right hand with his left and put your arm on his shoulder, then he put his other hand on your hip and started to dance with you. You followed his lead to the beat of the song.

So far no surprises about any heroes appearing, which is disappointing somewhat since DC's Arrow is crammed full of characters both fairly big and obscure.
