since they work together a lot, they have designated seats with desks in each of their offices - avery messes up grayson office whenever she’s working in there
their poker faces are too good so whenever they realize one of them are trying to lie, they join in just for the fun of it

sometimes they would catch eachother just walking around the hawthorne house and end up having the most deepest conversation
avery is such a messy person and grayson is such a neat person so their interactions always end up going like this when they’re in each others rooms/offices: “avery just why is your room such a mess?” “why is your room so clean? neat freak.”

grayson has blackmailed avery into making her wear an outfit he picked to a meeting one time - she thought he would go easy on him which failed
grayson is SUCH an awkward person so whenever avery gets him to talk to someone for her if the business talk is over, he just stands there hoping avery would come back
avery was banned from spinning chairs and grayson was also later on after avery roped him in
grayson had to personally tutor avery for a few things after he saw how stressed she was
xander and avery are always trying to get grayson to admit that he didn’t like avery when she first joined but he’s always saying he did xander: “um grayson, not to choose sides, but i explicitly remember you threatening her…” grayson: “no i didnt.” avery: “buddy, you came to my hotel room and told me you were going to basically search my name, which you did by the way and basically assumed i was some sort of manipulator.”
