Sometimes, when Damian is missing Nanda Parbat, he'll sneak over to Jason's for food. Only he knows how to make alu kauli ko tarkari the same way Talia did. Some sukuti for before/after patrol, maybe kulfi for a treat.
No matter the dish, Jason is always able to bring back the smell of the kitchens and dinners from his childhood.

Jason might but he'd be more hesitant because of his mom (and if he did it probably wouldn't be a lot, an occasional smoke with friends and that's kt). Tim could but he seems like the sleepy high to me, which would be counter productive to his work. Steph is also a high contender, but I also feel like her and Duke would be more social stoners than anything (Plus, they may focus more on school! And weed can make memory retention and learning significantly harder)
Barbara and Dick are some of the few thatve been at this job the longest and both DEFINITELY have chronic pain due to injuries in the past. Not to mention that sometimes it's nice to destress and relax, y'know? Not saying they'd necessarily smoke together- they have their own friend groups that they'd probably prefer to get high around or their own places.
