do the fruit ppl feel like the fruit theyre based on or do they like,,, feel like human skin?? How squishy are the grape like ones are they fragile? do they take extra care to not get squished? are pumpkin and melon people hardy and tough. im just mega curious sorry

No worries! Think I've mentioned this before but for starters, they aren't literal fruits- their skin is still made from meat rather than plant matter and they’re technically mammalian, so internally they are nothing like the fruit. Touching them will probably be more like human skin (or sometimes keratin or straight up bone or some other material) than anything else, and they have skeletons like us so you can't squish much. But some are built different and can be more interesting texture-wise than others. The hardier ones like pumpkins definitely have a harder flesh / material layer. It just kinda depends.

To give you guys a slight idea of what Hector and Rapunzel's kids look like, Cerbera is a ~50/50 split, Avium most closely resembles Hector, and Salix looks most like Rapunzel. 💓
