About to go distract myself by making dye out of all the avocado pits she secretly saved for me for months so I could make a very beautiful deep pink :')

black bean dye + avocado pit dye. the yarn turned out how I wanted, so now I have a formula for a whole sweater! I'm really excited to see if the linen stays this pretty purple or if it'll turn blue once it's done.

First scarf washed and pressed. Disaster was averted on discovering at 1.00am that I had left the dyebath on the heat! The skeins are drying and the colour seems to have developed over the additional time.
