💋 Who says “I love you” first & how?
hm hm hm... in the original pitt!Bunny I wrote with Robby, she's new to the city and one night she's drinking like. hot chocolate on her porch and invites him in on a whim when he's coming back from a shift. my brain splits this into some weird red string where maybe she misses that night and sees Jack the next morning instead. what i'm saying here is i think even if they don't live together, there's that environment of "yeah just come over here's a key be with me"
Bunny is a lover girl from like second one on the planet, so I think she says it first but there's definitely a difference in saying "okay love you bye" on the phone with your partner versus like a real "I love you". both are valid and both are real, but, Bunny is dropping it casually as part of her language.
it would probably be. less than 3 months in and he's leaving one afternoon to head to his shift and she grabs his face and kisses him with the same big smile she has on her face like always and she says "okay, have a good shift and I'll see you in the morning, love you." I think Jack is also a lover boy and would say it back in return even if it's not that grand romantic love that the both of them are working towards.
I do also think they both roll over the moment in their minds the rest of the night!!!! LMAO Jack's going to his very important night shift attending shift thinking about the fact that not only did she feel comfortable enough to say it to him so freely, but he also responded without missing a beat!
☕ Who’s the morning person & how do they lure the night owl out of bed?
Bunny's the morning person because she's been without a job for like a few years (rich kid 'what do I want to do' syndrome) and Jack's the night shift (overnight?) attending. like by default they definitely see each other a lot in the morning, but I think getting Jack to do anything of real substance after shift or in the morning on a day off comes with the loving promise of like... back massages, specific favorite dinners or meals, the promise of 'this is the only early morning thing this week' too. Bunny values keeping her word and keeping up with her promises so I think that also helps
💞 How do they act when one of them is sick?
based on how nonchalant Jack is when he gets grazed by a bullet in season 2 I assume he's the type of guy who is "fine" until he's actually nearly dying or has to be hospitalized 😭 & NOT that Bunny is a huge weenie when it comes to getting sick but she is also the type to be like. "mm. I'm not feeling good." and then make herself soup and do nothing for the whole rest of the day.
I think both of them take care of each other to the best of their ability, but Bunny is definitely fighting Jack to take medicine to make him feel better sooner while Jack gets to reap the benefits of her wanting to be an absolute homebody and curl up on the couch
