every time I think of andrew cody I get so sad bc honestly he really had no one after juliewas gone. do I think craig and deran loved him? sure, but they had their own problems to deal with and couldn't be there for him the way he needed. lena was just a child, too young to help carry andrew's burdens and he loved her so much he let her go. amy was dealing with her own guilt and couldn't help deal with his, which was completely understandable. baz, smurf, and angela were just using him. and the tradegy of j is that they could've had such a good relationship, but j was too wrapped up in his revenge and andrew was too wrapped up in the manipulation of smurf & baz :( I think julie would be heartbroken to know about what happened between j and andrew.

i think craig and deran definitely loved him, but you're definitely right they both had so much extra shit going on trying to take on that burden wasn't ever going to happen, but i think also based on literally all of the twin propaganda i've ever heard, it really is like a unique bond that i dont think anyone could have filled that gap. there's such a huge hole in andrew's heart when he loses julia. (let me in the hole andrew let me love you)
