Over the next couple weeks we are dishing out some great tips to consider before and to prepare you for becoming pregnant. Tip Number 4. Clean up your diet. When I prep couples for pregnancy, the first thing I do is limit unhealthy foods in their diet and add in a bunch more healthy foods. (Yes I said their) Here’s the way I look at it: A gardener always gets the soil as nourished as it can be before he plants precious seeds — the healthier the soil, the more vibrantly those seeds will grow. But the farmer also plants fine quality seeds! Our bodies are similar: the healthier we are physically before pregnancy, the better the environment to maintain a healthy pregnancy.
