Current thoughts:

This is the 3rd time I’ve taken a photo of my back and I’m low key proud of the progress. There is still a very long way to go 🫡

I actually just chilled out today and let my mind rest. I always feel like I need to constantly absorb information or “do” something in order to feel productive, but it’s productive to rest and recover and refocus your mind.

Bed time will consist of a nice cup of herbal tea, a chapter of an easy read book, and begging my bonnet to stay on my head as I doze off.

Back, shoulders and traps done today at gym...gonna wodem and thicken out like a big dumb meathead jock should be..first time takin pic of my back..if ya gonna hate then fine coz ur only gonna fuel my workouts more 😎💪🏻
