160. I'm disappointed but not surprised by this weigh in. I totally pigged out last night. And well yeah my eating habits have sucked lately. But hey, I'm logging every day and I've stuck with my #monthofmovement too. #keeponkeepingon #junechallenge #backontrackchallenge #weighin
154. Really got my workout on today! Walked on my lunch break, went to zumba after work and ran a mile after zumba class! My post workout selfie and my dinner. #project366 #workout #backontrackchallenge #junechallenge
155. Had a date with Autumn today for the #21dayfix #dirty30 and just happened to catch my favorite time of day. I'm 3 for 3 in my #monthofmovement #its816amwillyouwakeuptome #dontwishforitworkforit #junechallenge #backontrackchallenge
153. Today is day 1 of my back on track June challenge. Logging foods daily and a month of movement! Join me :) #monthofmovement #backontrackchallenge #junechallenge #fitness #weighin #weightloss #project366
Last day of the back on track challenge! Day 21!
Better late than never!
-eat as clean as possible Yes, yes, yes.
-state your goals for August(new month, new you) I did a post a couple days ago with my August goal for a happier me :)
-do as many squats, pushups, crunches and lunges as possible! Today was a required rest day. Yesterday we drove up to Olympia to visit family in from Kentucky. I was having such a wonderful time with my cousins that we got a late start back home. As a result, I only had 3.5 hours sleep before getting up for work this morning. Uggghhhh....it was a long 8 hours at work and I was exhausted. I took a nap and now its 90 degrees out and I can barely walk , I'm so out of it. Rest today. Make up for it tomorrow. It was totally worth it though <3
-give yourself a pat on the back and continue on living a healthy life! Thank you for this challenge!
Back on Track Challenge Day 20
-eat one more serving of vegetables than you normally would I shall work on this throughout the day!
-run at least a half of a mile That was the plan but I didn't make it the whole 1/2 mile today. I did do 1.63 miles run/walk and I'm proud of that. I don't know that I'll ever be a runner. I try. I'll keep trying. Maybe someday I'll be able to run a 5k, the whole way through. When that day happens my new goal will be a 10K. If it doesn't happen then I'll be ok with that too. As long as I keep going and don't give up all together, I'll call it a win for me!
-try and drink 100 oz of water or more! It's hot out, that shouldn't be a problem. When does fall start? I miss the cool days and rain lol (please don't send me hate mail!)
Back on Track Challenge Day 18
1. Switch the times of your “normal active times” (i.e. if you normally work out in the morning, workout at night. etc) I've tried to do this a few times but it never works out for me. I get up for work at 3:15 am. Yes, you read that right. So I work out after I get home from work, which is around 1pm. I usually workout sometime between 2 and 4. Have dinner. Make lunches for next day and relax with my husband when he gets home from work. Then its bed time. I've tried to walk on the treadmill before going to work. I've tried moving it later, to after dinner. Right now, it's kind of stuck where it is.
2. Make a motivational wall/collage or just even some sticky notes! I have a little notebook that I use. It's always with me and I write down notes to myself, tape little pictures of motivational stuff in there, whatever seems to fit. It's my motivational wall.
3. Write about why you started your journey! I've started this journey many times. I'm uncomfortable in my body. I hate how clothes cling to me in places I would rather they didn't. I want to feel attractive and pretty. I want to be healthy and I want to have many adventures that require me to have the ability to go on those adventures. I love camping and hiking but sometimes I find myself struggling up a hill or not wanting to participate in an activity because I'm afraid I won't make it.
I'm tired of being fat and not liking what I see in the mirror.
