Ingredients Badam - 1 cup Milk - 3/4 cup Sugar - 3/4 cup Ghee - 1/2 Cup Saffron Milk Method: Soak the almonds overnight and peel off their skin. Now make a paste by grinding badam with milk gradually in a blender jar. This mixture should be corse not too fine or thick. Now place a kauai or pan on a gas. Add 2 tbsp ghee and badam paste. Cook the mixture for 15 min over low flame stirring continuously. At this stage there shouldn’t be any liquid left. Now add sugar and cook for 10 min in the same way stirring continuously. At this stage add ghee and mix well. Mixture will start bubbling. Now add the saffron milk and cook until the halwa thickens a bit. Serve your badam halwa hot. Its really healthy and tasty for expecting mothers too.
