Tortinha de banana é uma sobremesa deliciosa e fácil de fazer, perfeita para servir em qualquer ocasião. Esta receita combina bananas maduras com uma massa macia e levemente doce, resultando em um doce irresistÃvel que agrada a todos.
Ingredients: 3 bananas maduras. 1 xcara de farinha de trigo. 1/2 xcara de acar. 1/2 xcara de manteiga derretida. 1 ovo. 1 colher de ch de fermento em p. 1 pitada de sal. Canela em p a gosto.
Instructions: Set the oven to 180C. Take out the bananas and cut them into thin strips. Arrange the flour, sugar, egg, shredded coconut, pistachios, and salt in a bowl and mix them together until they form a smooth mixture. Put one piece of the mass into each of the individual molds for the torsion bars and spread it out evenly on the bottom and sides. Put the banana rods on top of the mass. Spread the canela out on a plate over the bananas. Put it in a hot oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the mass is golden and the bananas are soft. Leave the oven and let it heat up before removing it. Put the banana muffins in the fridge or at room temperature.
