I’m a Hufflepuff. I’ve never felt like a Hufflepuff, I wouldn’t necessarily class myself as hardworking or patient or even loyal. I hate school more than anything else in this world and I have a horrendous resting bitch face! I’ve never felt like I was nice or kind enough to be a Hufflepuff because I always thought I was a rather crappy person but then I really thought about it!

I hate school and am just about getting C’s in every subject except English and Health and Social Care, which I’m getting B’s and A’s in, I love English. I write about twenty thousand words a week just for fun. My other favourite subject is History, we’re doing about the Cold War, I learnt ten pages of History work off, word for word, in one day for my history exam. I ended up getting third in my class. Isn’t that hardworking?

I would rather chop off my own hand than participate in anything at all! If I get a day off, it’s either spent eating, crying, in my bed or all of the above. I have no hobbies except watching YouTube, writing and eating but my friends never believe the last one because I never put on any weight! I just want to spend my free time watching Doctor Who and Timeless on my own, without anyone interrupting me. I don’t have a clue what I want to do with my life but I know I want to help people but I never ever do my homework unless I like the subject (there is literally two I like), I don’t think I’ve ever properly revised for an exam in my life and if someone says something I don’t like, I’d argue with them until they never say it again! I’m a introvert to the core, some people I’ve been in a class with for five years have never heard me talk but once you get to know me, I never shut up!

I never thought I was loyal, I guess I have commitment issues. The thought of being in a relationship with someone literally makes me feel like I can’t breathe! My friends all call me a snob because there’s only ever been three guys I’ve ever thought were good enough for me but what’s wrong with wanting the best for myself? If I don’t, no one else will! I will fight for my friends until the death though, I’ve had the same best friend since I was two or three, I turned sixteen last month! One of my favourite things to do is to empower my friends, make them see the queens that they are, that they don’t need anyone else to make them happy. That they don’t need a man in their lives to show they have worth! I was in love with the same guy for six years, he didn’t look at me once! I make a habit of that, there has only ever been two men I’ve ever loved, neither of them ever gave me a second glance but you know what? I didn’t love them any less! I’ve been a fan of One Direction since they were on X factor! They haven’t been together for three years but I’m still here! Doesn’t that make me loyal?

I’m not patient, not one bit. The only thing I would ever queue for is concert tickets but considering the only band I ever see live is The Vamps, I’ve never had to queue where I come from! Patience has never been my thing, I’ve always been the type to google the synopsis of a book or watch the movie instead of actually reading it because I wanted to know the end now! My one claim to the fact that I am patient would be the fact I don’t give up on anyone! That sorta ties into the loyalty I guess. I’ve never given up on anyone! If you’re important to me, then I would wait for you forever. My level of patience for those I care about could be easily compared to that of Rory Williams when he waited outside the Pandorica for Amy for two thousand years, if you’re special to me, I’d wait an eternity for you, even if you wouldn’t wait ten minutes for me!

I’m not a conventional Hufflepuff, I can’t bake, I don’t remind people of sunshine and I’m so introverted and quiet that I’ve been in a class for five years and I haven’t even had a conversation with some of them! I guess I am loyal and patient and hardworking, just not in the ways anyone would expect! I am a sucker for a boyband, interperate that as you will! The Vamps, One Direction, New Hope Club, I’ll have them all! This is for all my badass Hufflepuffs out there, the ones that don’t match the tin. The ones who don’t think they belong in Hufflepuff. The ones who don’t come across as kind or loving but once you get to know us, we’re some of the best people out there. I got the best compliment ever a few days ago, one of my friends said to me, ‘you’re one of my favourite people because no matter what mood I’m in, you know how to make me laugh’. I may not be a conventional Hufflepuff but I have a Hufflepuff heart!
