Things don't happen over night.... The goals we desire most for ourselves, whether it is your job, career, relationship or body, it takes time, patience, commitment and dedication (this posture itself took me 4 months of regular practice to master....on both sides ) Some days it will feel IMPOSSIBLE and that every effort you give is getting you nowhere, but it's during those tough times that the universe is actually realigning things in your favour. * * * Unfortunately most people give up during then because physically and mentally it becomes f@#@#@# hard! During these rough periods, take a pause for a minute, remind yourself WHY you are doing this, and reinforce WHAT you are wanting to achieve and become. Then take a few deep, slow breaths and immediately jump straight back in. The universe is working in your favour, never forget that! #fitafvegan #whstrong #badassvegan #worldofyoga_feature
