Not shown in this clip, but yes, I have it on dash cam for next one, is him setting up cones illegally and blocking the road so they can do jumping jacks. Yeah, ok, fuck that dude. This is the second, and if needs be, I have dozens, of dashcam videos of 2nd to None Fitness on Broad having his people running around in rush hour traffic (yes, I mean IN TRAFFIC). I'm sure his companies insurance would dump him in a minute if they saw this and I'm double sure the city would pull his license if they saw him doing this nonsense. So here it is. This is the second video. The first one from earlier in the week showed them on the neutral ground and on the street doing stair exercises around the cars. Now they're running up and down by the corner of the road where no one will see them till "squish". Bad business. Bad trainer. Also, illegal. You're going to get someone killed and I'm sick of dodging your people on a rediculously busy corner. When trainers attempt to use off season photos as a way to promise clients amazing transformations it is basically a dishonest tactic. These trainers do it year after year. A big part of the "transformation" is sodium bloat in the few days after a competition when they are gorging on fatty salty carbs. 1. This is not healthy 2. They can achieve a fairly quick turnaround.. a miraculous transformation because it is mostly bloat and NOT fatty deposits 3. They already have a largerbamount of muscle mass than most people which means their actually body fat percentage is still fairly low Using this to claim to be what is coined as a "transformation specialist" is a lie. Transformations take years. Not weeks or even months. Your trainer will help you build healthy sustainable habits and a sustainable body image/composition. No miracles. WARNING! I’m about to RANT: i believe that bad trainees are the ones that cause the most injuries. So I was at the gym yesterday, on a bench minding my own business, and a woman walks over and sits on a bench next to where I am sitting. The trainer comes over and tells her he’s going to teach her how to do a proper bench press, he then asks her to lay down on the bench and put her feet on it so that “her back is flat and that will prevent injuries”... If you know ANYTHING about lifting, the PROPER FORM of the bench press is NOT with your feet up, and doing that can actually cause an injury! It takes away the natural curvature of the back. And then... it happened again today, a woman that was bench pressing with good form, with her feet on the ground, was “corrected” by this trainer. BAD TRAINERS CAUSE THE MOST INJURIES! And mind you, this guy actually went to college, and he still does not know how to do a proper bench press. I am bothered.
