Just to help you guys;

Willogenic refers to when headmates (or willomates) are formed by creating a presence in your mind by giving them an identity and interacting with them to allow for them to gain independence.

Tulpamacy refers to when there is a presence in your mind and you force that presence to gain sentience by giving them an identity and forcing them to interact.

There are 3 types of forcing in Tulpamacy;

Active forcing; dedicating time and attention to interacting with your Tulpa or by meditating while focusing on developing your Tulpa. Example; sitting down and talking with your Tulpa.

Passive forcing; giving attention to and interacting with your Tulpa while also doing something else. Example; talking to your Tulpa while washing the dishes.

Self-forcing; forcing but on yourself, typically to aid with grounding yourself in reality or grounding your body. Although typically, self-forcing refers to when a Tulpa forces themself to assist with development and strength. Example; a Tulpa finding terms that apply to them to help better figure themself out.
