Ingredients: 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 4 tablespoons butter, melted. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. To make the sauce, put olive oil, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and mix in the minced garlic. Use paper towels to dry the chicken thighs, then put them in a baking dish. Spread the chicken thighs out evenly as you pour the garlic butter mixture over them. Cook the chicken in a hot oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it's fully cooked and the skin is golden brown. After the food is done, sprinkle it with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
