These Garlic-Chive Baked Fries are a flavorful twist on classic fries. The combination of garlic and chives adds a delicious savory flavor, while baking ensures a healthier alternative to frying.
Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, washed and cut into fries. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives. Salt and black pepper to taste.
