These thin, delicate Chocolate Lacy Cookies are bursting with rich chocolate flavor. The addition of nuts gives each bite a pleasant crunch, making them a delightful treat for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup chopped nuts e.g., walnuts or almonds.
Instructions: Warm your oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a bowl that can go in the microwave. Stir the mixture until it is smooth. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a different bowl. Mix the dry ingredients together with the melted chocolate mixture until everything is well mixed together. Add the chopped nuts and mix them in. Place teaspoonfuls of the cookie dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Leave enough space between each cookie so that they can spread out while they are baking. Put it in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down. Have fun with your tasty Chocolate Lacy Cookies!
