Spicy Baked Denver Omelet is an easy quiche version of the classic with red and green peppers, ham and plenty of cheese! Diced jalapeno replaces some of the green pepper for a kick
These Easy Loaded Baked Omelet Muffins are a convenient and delicious way to enjoy a savory breakfast on the go. Packed with eggs, cheese, veggies, and your choice of protein, they make for a satisfying and portable morning meal.
Ingredients: 6 large eggs. 1/4 cup milk. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced bell peppers. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced ham or bacon bits. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk. They should be mixed well with a whisk. Shred the cheddar cheese and add it to the egg mixture along with the diced bell peppers, onions, and ham or bacon bits. Add pepper and salt to taste. To keep things from sticking, grease a muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill up about two thirds of the way to the top of each muffin cup with the egg mixture. Before you put the omelet muffins in the oven, heat it up. Bake them for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the tops are lightly golden brown and puffed up. Take them out of the oven and let them cool down for a while. Loosen the edges of the omelet muffins with a knife, and they should come right out of the muffin tin. Enjoy while hot!
