world's most fucked up mille feuille. didn't even taste good. so bad on every level that i just had to laugh. followed this recipe, but only sort of. some of its faults can be blamed on the recipe, some on me. i didn't make the puff pastry because i'm not a complete lunatic.

Made sourdough bread today, and after failing spectacularly the last five times IT CAME OUT PERFECT. It had the crunch, the softness, was baked all throughout, but I forgot one thing.

Salt.
