Instant fried noodles cook is boiling the dry instant noodles then stir the boiled noodles with sweet soybean sauce on separate bowl. No actual frying. Fry is just the name.

6). Krabby Baby Ramen. Not really Japanese ramen because it’s fusion Japanese ramen with Chinese-Indonesian noodles. The crabs were crispy and fully edible.
7). Mie Pelangi. Brand: Rainbow Veggie Noodle. Rainbow noodles made with vegetables. Added telur dadar (fried omellete).
Bakmi was introduced by Hokkien speaking Chinese immigrant who came to Indonesia many centuries ago (which are my ancestors too). In Hokkien language, bak= meat, usually pork. mi= noodles. The noodles, meat and condiment had been adapted to Indonesian taste, which is strong in spice flavour and chicken meat usage instead of pork.
