This old Ball jar with the cool old motor oil spout came with our house when we bought it 25 years ago. Today it was thoroughly washed and moved 20 feet southwest to my outdoor kitchen counter where it now dispenses olive oil instead of motor oil. It's a perfectly imperfect Ball Perfect Mason. The last of this years tomatoes went into one last batch of ketchup. I started canning it in quarts because the hubby goes through it so quickly. . For the record I canned 9 quarts and 14 pints of ketchup. It should last ... .
