So I did my first parkrun this morning and then banting market. Great haul. Finally got enough butter! And more mayo! Also some sheep's milk cheese 😍 Some musings... I seem to be totally fine with Internet exposure but whenever someone irl finds out I've lost almost 30kg I can see their mind trying to figure what I looked like before. And it makes me super uncomfortable.
