USUALLY I'M ONLY EXCITED ABOUT 2-3 PILOTS FROM THE GMMTV SHOWCASE BUT THIS TIME I HAVE 6!!!

"Enemies with Benefits" looks incredible and JAN IN A GL WAS ON MY BINGO CARD. I HAVE BEEN WAITING SO LONG. Of all the GL series, this one has me most excited. Like, not even in a, "Yay, something sapphic!" baseline but in a, "SOMEONE ACTUALLY GAVE THIS A CHANCE AND IS TAKING IT SERIOUSLY," way. The chemistry between Jan and Jing Jing?????????? I'm so happy. :') ENEMIES TO LOVERS OFFICE ROMANCE OF MY DREEEEEAMS.

I'm so thrilled BounPrem got a romantic comedy and "Plan B to U" is a return to form for Prem playing a brat. There are shades of Team in his pilot performance, but I'm excited to see him go full-blown gremlin. This is also a smart move following a dramatic series like "Revamp" to have something lighter and more fun. They're both very funny, so it'll be nice to see them exercising that push-and-pull that made them famous in "Until We Meet Again" in the first place. <3 AND IT'S PRODUCED BY PARBDEE!!!! WHICH WAS ALSO ON MY BINGO CARD!!!!

"Twenty-One" is gonna be my first JuniorMark series! (Not into school stuff.) I immediately understood the appeal, like, five seconds into this pilot. I'm gonna end up a part-time JuniorMark fan after this. I can feel it. And NutHong were super charismatic and charming as the side pair. That's a fun combination. I also love the whole premise, and the characters already feel very lived-in, if that makes sense? Super excited and happy for these two. <3

WILLIAMEST CONTINUE TO IMPRESS. (I didn't even mean to rhyme.) "You Maniac" is another Parbdee-produced series, and it looks so charmingly funny, I'm super pleased for them. They really deserve it after their incredible performances in "ThamePo," and it's wild to see how they went from total obscurity before "ThamePo" aired to the powerhouse duo they are now. And we get BarcodeKinn as the side pair! ………SPEAKING OF WHICH.

I know I said I'm not into school series, and I'm usually not, but seeing Barcode play soft and adorable like this has my whole heart and support. Like, I wasn't into "KinnPorsche," but I was heavily invested in his performance as Ciar in "Revamp," and based on what I saw of him during the finale event, he seems like a quiet and lovely kid. So I was a lot worried that, in making Barcode's "brand," GMMTV was going to push him down an Alpha Bro Top Role path. I'm super relieved they're letting him play a silly little guy (at least for now). I don't know much about Barcode personally, but he seems to have had a rough start, so I'm hoping having seniors like BounPrem looking out for him keeps him relatively protected going forward. <3 (Once you're in a BounPrem series, you're family to them.) ALSO I just like the premise of gaining memories back by kisses. It's a total fic premise, as a friend pointed out. And the chemistry between these two was really compelling. I'm just really happy for our emo vampire boy. :')

HI THIS IS MY WHOLE HEART AND SOUL HAVE YOU SEEN ME POSTING ABOUT IT RELENTLESSLY SINCE THE PILOT DROPPED I BET YOU HAVE. WAA IS DIRECTING AND PARBDEE IS PRODUCING AND KRIST ASKED WAA TO DEVELOP IT FOR THEM. LIKE, SINGTO ASKED AOF FOR "THE EX-MORNING" AND NOW KRIST ASKED WAA FOR "WRITE YOU AGAIN" AND IF THAT DOESN'T TELL YOU THE POWER THEY HOLD THEN…!

But for real, this is going to be my favorite series, I can already feel it. Waa loves exploring identity and, like, how to live one's life authentically, so the script for this is definitely going to do things people aren't expecting. I also expect that it won't take as long as "Be My Favorite" to write just because he won't have to invent a brilliantly simple system of time travel. (He's a genius I love Waa I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING.)

I've wanted Waa to direct a KristSingto series ever since Singto came back. I wanted it more than literally anything, and now it's actually happening. :')

It feels poetic, since Krist said back in 2022 that Singto couldn't do "Be My Favorite" due to scheduling conflicts. Now they'll get a custom series just for them and it'll be beautifully shot and I'll cry every single episode out of sheer gratitude. I couldn't be happier. :')
