Please signal boost, and reblog, and whatnot. THANK YOU <3
I really want to get the weight loss surgery directory updated. I have not touched it since May. I know.. I suck D:
send me a message with:
what surgery you are going to // did get
what date you got it // will get it
If you are a pre-op, and do not have a date, still send me a message with what surgery you are looking into, so i can get you on there! :D
I took this the other day. It was the first time in a long time that I had been completely aware of how my body looked. I spent all day seeing myself and loving myself. It was raaaad.
310 lbs ---> 206 lbs
I debated on if I should post this or not. I guess i'm posting it. Enjoy the scenic views of my bum hahaha
Its funny how I still think in my mind that I look like the first image. I know I say that every time that I post a progress image but it is true. When you lose weight quickly there is no way to keep track of how you really look in your mind. Slowly I am realizing that I am not the same person that I used to be (on the outside or on the inside). I have grown so much, and have faced my addiction to food head on. I just want to give myself a big hug for showing so much courage. It is a hard battle, and I am going to keep fighting until my addiction is GONE. I am posting these pictures because this is part of my journey, and I am proud of how far I have come. 100 lbs aint nothin' to scoff at.
Lainabeatles sent me an owl drawing once, and it said "never forget how far you have come". It has become my mantra on days when I am feeling discouraged. This is my attempt at holding to that, and paying notice of how far I have come.
EXTRA SKIN VIDEO [ 4.5 months post op, -91 lbs total, -64 since surgery]
Okaayyy, so I seriously contemplated waiting until I was a year out for making this video, but y'all are naggy and wanted the video now. (I say this with soo much adoration and respect for you, followers. I really do love you all to pieces!) In this video I talk about my extra skin, and show it off. I am in my bra and underoos for most of the video. If you think you will be offended, don't watch it.
I am posting this to help people who are pre- weight loss surgery patients. I am sharing my jiggly bits with you all because I really think it would have helped me to see something like this pre-op. Fr me, I did not know what to expect at all skinwise at the 4 month mark. Most people that do make extra skin videos seem to do it at the one year point, so that was all I knew. I hope this helps.
Please be nice hahaha
BEASTMODE.
I just got back from the gym. So proud of myself. I ran 3.5 minutes without stopping on the treadmill. It may not sound like much, but I have never had that much stamina. Go me!
