feeling a bit silly today
My part in the 2026 Nicktoons Big Bang!
I was paired up with Larkison and created this as a cover for their story, “Tattle on Volcano Island” on AO3! It’s an accompanying story for Battle for Volcano Island with an entirely new set of Nicktoons.
Do check in out, it’s a fun premise with witty writing.
This was a lot of fun and really let me experiment with so many styles of characters.

The responsible and fearless leader of the Barnyard. You can stand him up at the gates of Hell but he won't back down.

There is no nuance button, if your answer is some variation of ‘I would if X’ then the answer is yes.
Otis from "barnyard"
Trans rights. I mean it, and not in a little performative catchphrase way. This bull is transgender. This is also where one gets to apply the death of the author, where we can outright ignore authorial intent and just jump in with something that's our own. Otis is a trans anthropomorphic bull and no matter how silly this is, Otis is furrybait. Regardless of appearance or secondary sex characteristics, Otis (and his father) are referred to with he/him unwaveringly. We as furries get the chance to be authentically creative and do whatever we want with any of our characters. Why make them conventional?
