A traveling trader, he makes portals to get around where he can't just roll in his barrel (actually called a steel drum but shhh) to reach his destination. When he can roll to where he wants however, you'll always somehow see the cut-out rectangle conveniently be where his eyes are (although it can only move along the middle part of the barrel) even when the rest of the barrel is moving in a logical manner. Of course, he can leave his barrel through the door on the side of the barrel with the bunghole (that's what they're called?) that he uses as doorhandle.
