I deserve a medal. I have won therapy!

So far this morning I have:

- burrito'd Bart to give him his meds and got scratched af in the process

- ran waaay late

- comforted someone else

- genuinely had to say no to meeting up with someone because I knew I wouldn't be able to catch an earlier bus

- forget my noise cancelling headphones

- lose the ear bit from my normal earbuds therefore rendering them useless

- thought I lost my debit card

I haven't panicked! I have been coping. And I have brownies I made yesterday to bring to D&D with me. Any of these would have ruined my day before. I'm still planning on having a nice day and then coming home to watch tv and curl up later

Not that therapy has helped with all of these but like I've outgrown losing shit at the drop of a hat and I'm proud of myself
