#INKTOBER #19 Lewis Wilson as THE BATMAN from 1943
I asked some folks who have enjoyed my INKTOBER posts what they’d like to see more of, and I was happy to hear multiple requests for Lewis Wilson as Batman— he’s the original Batman, a local boy from the big Woo here in Massachusetts (graduated Worcester Academy in 1939) and he did a great job in the Columbia Pictures serial as both Batman and Bruce Wayne.
This piece is A4 on Deleter paper which takes ink very well— that’s roughly 9x12 for folks that need a conversion (i know I do). It’s also up on eBay today cheap.
