A family of foxes has made their den under our boardwalk.

We named the mom Freya and the dad Fuchs (German for fox).

They had a litter of five kits: Fuzziwig; Fiona; Franklin; Fortunato and Faun.

Underappreciated Superheroine of the Day Issue #6 - Iron Maidens - Jocasta a/k/a Bride of Ultron and Avenger par excellence.

Our next underappreciated superheroine is the amazing Jocasta from Marvel Comics. Jocasta, namesake of the Greek mother / wife of Oedipus, was created by Ultron to be his wife.

She first appeared in Avengers #162 and was created by Jim Shooter and George Perez. Jocasta was meant to host the essence of Janet Van Dym (the heroic Wasp). Realizing that Janet would have to die for Ultron's sinister process to work, Jocosta betrayed her creator. She died in the process. But, Hank Pym was able to revive Jocosta and she become a stellar member of the Avengers.
