Of course Sam's game plan of not drinking too much flew out the window during his game of not-beer pong with Santana. He'd gone in thinking it'd be a breeze for him, but he'd underestimated the other's skills and her determination to win. He wasn't ever going to do that again. Plus, thanks to Sebastian's rules of no bottom shelf and nothing with less than 7% alcohol, he was feeling a lot more tipsy than he was used to. Thankfully though, Sam was a happy drunk and he took it all in stride. He even went into the kitchen to get himself another drink. He exited with his freshly filled red solo cup in hand a few minutes later. However, the blond barely managed not to spill it when someone ran into him on their way to the kitchen.
"Woah, you seriously need to watch where you're going. That could've ended badly," the words had just escaped his mouth when another person bumped him from behind and it all seemed to go down in slow-mo from there.
"God, who does a guy have to blow around here to get a drink?"
Early Mornings...
Mornings had not always been his strong point, but early mornings on the weekends were even less so.. and this week, Friday counted as part of the weekend. He had needed to meet bright and early with his brother, which was no problem at all, of course! But he did not really like being up so early! And he'd only managed to pick at his breakfast... he was hungry! Sure! But it was difficult to heat when you were half nodding off over your toast! Still... it had been good to see Tokiya! It was nice to know he was doing well and that everything was okay! But now... now he really needed another cup of coffee! And very soon! Else he was going to fall asleep on his feet somewhere along the lines!
city lights || aversa & ??
♀-{the streetlights were low as aversa made her way through the dark roseus streets, the familiar splashes of red and gold a comfort in the late hour. it was just past midnight, most shops shut down, and aversa was returning from a.. meeting. of sorts. despite this, she was dressed perfect, not a hair out of place, placated smile on her lips.
the black dress hugged her tightly, dangerously low cut and ending half way down her thigh, tights clinging to her dark skin and gold jewelry. black boots up to the knee, hair pulled into a bun, flawless make up; even the way aversa walked made her give off the feel of owning these streets.
aversa stopped to look at something, a shop she only vaguely recognized, and as the memories came flooding in, she was quickly informed of someone else's presence.
"well," she hummed to herself. "what do we have here."}-♀

It had just been so busy lately in the Caeruleus base. It was perfectly understandable for Haruka to be absorbed in thought so deeply that she, hunched forward with a serious expression on her features, followed the figure a few paces ahead of her a tad too closely. When they'd stopped, it unfortunately caused her to follow suit with a slowed reaction time, allowing her forehead to collide with their back.
"Sorry-- I ah... wasn't really... watching..."

Times Of 'Peace' | Haruka &
It had been just over a week since the carnival's splendid festivities had begun. Of course she has participated in them as well, quite gleefully, as peacetimes were rare enough. Now as the hype was dying down, and many minds were focused on what would come after the colourful decorations, rides, and tents had been torn down.
She had to stay on her toes and plan ahead. Knowing violence was still taboo, Haruka would merely be... observing. That should be acceptable. Currently on top of a building, perched in a cozy location with little citizens on the streets below, she felt at ease. Tucking a few strands of pink hair behind her ear, she peered her through her binoculars and scanned the area in the distance searching for anything of interest while the opportunity lasted.
