Savor the classic taste of a cheeseburger with this simple and mouthwatering recipe. Perfect for a weekend BBQ or weeknight dinner.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/2 onion, thinly sliced. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 pickle slices. Salt and pepper to taste. Ketchup and mustard for topping.
Instructions: Warm up the grill or pan on the stove over medium-high heat. Making burger patties from the ground beef is easy. Just divide it into 4 equal parts. Add salt and pepper to both sides. Put the burger patties on the grill or pan and cook them for four to five minutes on each side until they are medium-rare to medium-done. In the last minute of cooking, put cheese slices on top of each patty to melt them. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are just barely brown while the burgers are cooking. Put the burgers together: On the bottom half of each bun, put a lettuce leaf. Put a burger patty on top, then tomato slices, pickle slices, and onions that have been thinly sliced. Feel free to add more ketchup and mustard if you like. To finish the burger, put the top half of the bun on top of the assembled ingredients. Feel free to serve the classic cheeseburgers hot and enjoy!
