Enjoy the zesty and tangy flavors of Carolina barbecue with this homemade sauce. Perfect for glazing grilled meats and adding a bold kick to your BBQ dishes.
Ingredients: 1 cup ketchup. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar. 1/4 cup yellow mustard. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 1 tablespoon hot sauce. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, yellow mustard, and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce heat to low. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature before using.

Cook Time: 20 minutes
