When I was writing a fic that involved an amnesiac Roy Harper was brainwashed into working as an assassin for A.R.G.U.S. I actually hadn't read a lot of comics about the organization and wasn't sure if they were the kind of shady group that would utilize a brain damaged man as a murderous errand boy but after seeing enough episodes of Peacemaker I can say that yes, they would.
