Hermit Tea and their habits
PART TWO :D
Keralis - Only drinks out of delicate teacups with saucers to match. They all have painted flowers and each one represents one of the hermits. He has the teacups on rotation to make sure none of the hermits feel left out. He holds elaborate tea parties complete with lace tablecloths and various sweet treats once every month without fail.
Mumbo - Everyone thinks his tea is normal. Sure it's got a slight red tint to it but thats because its berry fusion, right? Wrong. Its blood. Cleo got him onto the 'putting blood into bevarages makes them taste better' train.
Pearl - Noone knows what happens when Pearl makes a tea, but it involves blood sacrifices, howling, and a concerning amount of screaming goats?! When finished, it just tastes like normal tea.
Ren - Has an entire wall of his base dedicated to his exotic teas collection and knows what each hermit's favourite type of tea is, even if they are yet to try that flavour.
Skizz - Drinks a strong brew with just a dash of milk in the largest cup imaginable. Its more like a mixing bowl with handles. It was custom made by impulse back in their teens and he refuses to drink out of anything else.
Joel - Makes his tea in the wrong order like an absolute HEATHEN (puts milk in before the tea bag which results in a really pathetic milky tea) (if you do this please don't take any offense i just though it would be funny to make one of the british ones make tea in a way that is deemed wrong considering y'know, britain is stereotypically big on tea) He knows this annoys certain hermits cough cough grian and gem cough cough but does it anyway.
Tango - Average brew. Constantly forgets about it when engrossed in a project. However, when it goes cold, he just holds it up to his hair and warms it up again. He takes one sip and goes back to his project. It goes cold again. One cup of tea can last a week.
Beef - He cares very much for his immaculate beard and so drinks his tea with a straw. Each straw is hand carved from bamboo with intricate designs and lasts him an entire season. At the end of the season, he puts it into a glass cabinet with the rest, forever kept safe with his other precious items.
Wels - Coffee. To the horror of all the avid tea drinkers, he drinks coffee. With honey to sweeten it.
xB - He puts salt in his tea. When the hermits first noticed this, they thought he was mistaking it for sugar, but when pearl made him a 'normal' tea with sugar, he started choking because turns out, being a guardian hybrid meant he needed the salt to be able to drink it. Several hermits have now tried the salt infused and found that its quite enjoyable. Others have tried it and started immediately gagging in disgust.
Xisuma - Drinks an absolutely absurd amount of tea daily. Cannnot go half an hour without a cup of tea and has been seen raiding ren's collection when he gets desperate.
Zed - For a hermit that is so unpredictable, Zed's tea is just. Normal. Which I guess is unpredictable in itself?
Cleo - She has custom teabags containing dried blood, a few herbs, and some other exotic ingredients. They are constantly informing the other hermits of the wonder of these flavours combined, but has so far only managed to convince 4 hermits to try some. (mumbo, joe, ren and xisuma.)
