So i have this demon slayer hc I want to write one day

Its basically all the demons have beast forms along with their demons forms, and it's impressive stuff, and they gain traits from their beast form

Like daki is a huge snake, gyutaro is a giant scorpion, and rui a massive spider

But no one knows what muzans is cause he hides it from everyone so they think it must be big powerful and crazy like a kitsune or dragon

But in reality, he's just a cat like a fancy house cat, and he hates it cause "WHAT DO YOU MEAN KOKUSHIBO CAN TURN INTO A DEMONIC WOLF AND IM A SMALL CAT"

He hides it. No one is to ever know, but one day, the 12 kizuki find out and know,'Oh shit we're dying today'

So in a panic they start dropping cat lore like how in Japan they symbolize luck prosperity and mystic powers or in egypt they are believed to be guardians of the underworld and are feared by the dead (i hc enmu steals from the people he eats and learns random facts so he drops this lore and it helps save them)

This placate muzan, but he's still pissed and you can see the cat traits in him, but they can't say shit or they'll die.

Alias: The Observer

Nickname of Original Form: Wisecrack

Creator: mod Crystal

Level: The Crumbling Castle

Behavior: To make levels more challenging, which the original thought would make the game more fun, the Observer was designed with no external eyes. Instead of using sight, it uses mostly echolocation to find players. When it is having trouble finding the players, however, it will press all four hands to the ground and stay absolutely still, feeling for vibrations. The plumes on its tail can detect the slightest rush of air, particularly those caused by a player running by.

(Note: This form was designed a long time ago. The design may change in the future, but mostly/only the colors, since I used over-saturated colors A LOT back when I drew this... tbh I’m still trying to grow out of it now-)

Alias: Squirrel

Nickname of Original Form: Jack

Level: Submerged Secrets

Behavior: “Squirrel” will often quickly run its tailblade along pipes/small rods of metal to make noise before darting out of sight to toy with the players. Due to its level taking place indoors, it mainly uses its wings for a speed boost, only ever flying in the top floor of its level’s second stage area. Despite its size, “Squirrel” is rather strong, easily able to drag along players much larger than itself. Due to having untrained wings, however, it cannot fly while carrying someone for long. Its stitch-like markings seem to not be from any known incident, despite its many sharp body parts, instead seeming to be a sort of natural marking.

Cat King- Beast Forms

Eurasian Lynx: Cat himself, base form Short-Eared Owl: Dusk Hooded Crow: Caw  Harbor Seal: Freckles Common Racoon: Fingers

( yes Cat named all of them and no this illiterate himbo shouldn’t be allowed to name things )

As a fae Cat can make pacts, his specialty is his beast bonds he makes with animals, when he makes one of these pacts he gains a tattoo of that animal on his body and can then shift into their form, either gaining some features or fully transforming. In exchange the animal becomes ageless. They can still die, but the bond makes them extra tough. If they do die, however, the bond is broken and Cat loses the tattoo and form. The only form he can’t lose is the first one he learned from Mother Owl, his Lynx form. That is his base and innate magic from learning to become one with the forest, all the rest are part of his glamour.
