Talks of the future between the Alpha and Knight

She shook her head.  ”I love kids, but I want to give it a couple years before I have any.  I just don’t think I’m ready for them.”  She squealed as she pulled her onto the couch, snuggling into him.

"A couple years huh?" He said speaking aloud as he looked up towards the ceiling now. "I wonder, will we be married by then? Would you even want to get married?" He said absentmindedly as his mind began drifting off. "Man, i'm sure if we did, i'd count myself luckier than the luckiest guy on the planet, and kids.. They'd drive me crazy, but I think I'd love em all the more for it.." He said the last part with a chuckle as he gently patted her hair, his hand moving down her back and stopped just shy of her rear, resting gently on her waist.

"Rowan! Get your ass back in bed. You'll never get better if you don't rest."

Rowan looked to Nikki as he was getting ready to gather his things. She was set strongly on making him stay home. Not that he minded staying home when he was sick, he just felt that if he did, he would miss out on a day of training. Nikki was adamant on making him stay. The rookie sighed and nodded his head. “A-Alright..” He mused.

There is a natural spring somewhere in a forbidden wilderness far away, said to possess mystical powers. It is said, that the person who bathes in it will hear the voice of their soulmate.

Send me ≗ and a phrase and my character will react to hearing your character’s voice say that to them while in the Spring water.

Rowan wondered into the forbidden areas of the forest. A place not even the animals would roam. Tales of monsters and evil spirits kept most from this place. And yet, the young rookie found himself in such a place. There existed a spring beyond all of it. One legend to foresee ones future lover. Ones ture soul mate. 

Being hurt many times by the past relationships the young man had, it made him curious just what this spring would tell him. Just who's voice he might hear. The beautiful clear waters had come into view. At last, he could hear the voice of his soul mate.

Of whom it was surprised him.

It was Nikki. He could recognize that voice anywhere. But why Nikki? She was far too great to be his soul mate. Out of anyone in the world..

Maybe it was that they both shared a wondering spirit. The urge to adventure into other lands, other worlds. Could that be why fate found them to be so perfect? Rowan just couldn't see it. She deserved so much more then him. A timid, weak, and small creature as he was. Compared to his own people, he was tiny.. This just couldn't be so..

But, what could he argue over fate? Perhaps, in some way they knew this would work. There was only one way to find out..

The door open. Rowan heard it even when the person tried to be very quiet. He trained himself to wake up at the smallest sound. The door opening and the sound of creaking floorboards. He turned his head enough to see the person that was approaching. It was Nikki. She was laying next to him on the bed. Her face looked distraught. Normally, he would have asked how she got here, but the look on her face… 

"Nikki?" He mused tiredly and sat up. "D-Did something happen?"

"Hero!" Nikki ran up to him in somewhat of a panic, glad to have found him on the field with the goats and not in his house. "Just -uh- stay here and don't go in your place for a little bit, okay? I kinda have a mess to clean up."

"What? Wait. Why? What happened?" His house? Oh no. Link could only imagine the types of things that could happen on the other side of that tree house door. "Are the animals okay? Is the plant okay? Because Jaws was growing on him,even if he was a Deku Baba in a pot that sometimes liked to try and bite people. "What mess are we talking about here?" He was so worried at this point that he didn’t notice a goat chewing on the ends of his tunic.
