Does Killer even know how to tye shoes? Cuz of the whole raised as a weapon thing? Does he need Velcro??
I think he knows how to tie, like, a basic knot, but not a bow. Like, if he REALLY wanted, he could probably tie his shoes, he just CANNOT be arsed. I think he'd tie them in knots over and over and over again to TRY and keep them up and then theyre too tightly one and there are too many knots he cant undo them or get out, so now theyre stuck, and has since given up on trying.
I imagine its something he tries to play off as he being cool and edgy ' oh, look at me, i live life on the edge, i dont tie my shoes' but in reality, its something hes DEEPLY embarrassed about.
