Salmon nigiri
Apparently this is not what you’re supposed to do. You should put the soy on the fish side, but I find that hard cuz the piece kept falling off. So wtvr.

Boil 350ml of apple cider vinegar with some lime leaves, 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds, and one teaspoon of turmeric.
Add in a tablespoon of sugar.
Leave to boil for 5 minutes.
Once cooled add in hard boiled eggs and leave for three-four days.
A couple of weeks ago I made a tomato sauce recipe. I took a few spoonfuls of it and fried it on a high heat with some sugar and a little vinegar, until it became thicker, a sort of jam. Then I spread on brown bread with some tahini / olive oil.
