So in the before photo, I was 14 and 90kgs I was depressed, bullied and had incredibly low self esteem In my after I'm 16, happy healthy and 55kgs. Even if it takes you some time, you can achieve your end result if you set your mind to it. It took me 18 months. Happiness can be found.

I finally decided that after stalking everybody elses weightloss journeys id post a bit about mine. Im 5 foot 2 and 20 years old.

Ive been overweight all my life and almost blind to how extreme id let my weight gain lose control. Im now on my path to finding the true me and learn how to be happy in my own skin for the first time.

Overall i want to lose 100 pounds which would leave me around 130lbs , im not even half way yet but still proud. 37 lbs down about 65 to go. If anybody else is on a similar journey make yourself known so i can follow you!!!! KEEP GOING EVERYONE!! xxxx
