Face to Face Friday! This photo on the left was taken when I first made the move to California a little over 2 years ago! I still credit that move with one of the catalysts for me losing 130 pounds. A lot lead up to it, but getting out of my comfort zone and being in a community that is so health conscious and spend so much time outside really pushed more than I thought. I still know I would have gotten to where I am, but I don't know if it would have happened as fast as it did if I didn't move. Eternally grateful that I did! 🌴🌊😍 Day 4 of the #Meltwithzele challenge is in full swing! So much more sore than I thought, but that means what I am doing is working!!
