Here are my week 1 results of going to the gym and eating healthy! I got a gym membership a week ago and I’ve gone every day since! I discovered my love for bodypump classes, an I can’t wait to see the results it gives me along with my healthy eating. Going to post a pic like this every week so I can compare the differences! (Ps this is also my goal gym outfit which is a size medium sports bra and spandex both my Nike. I'm normally a large top and XL bottom so they are very snug on me)
