This is a year and a half difference between the left and right. As soon as I saw the picture on the left, I was devastated. You see, this was NOT me at my largest- I was 309 here, already having started working out and dropping down from 323, AND I was sucking in. I thought I'd look good in this picture, so when I saw it, I knew instantly that it was going to be my "before" picture. Even though I am not even close to done with my transformation, I wanted to share this picture. If I can lose weight, so can you.
