But Iām not doing this because I think that itās bad, Iām doing it because I think itās GOOD! Too many people have had positive outcomes on carnivore diets for me to think meat is bad. To many studies and meta-analyses have come out saying that meat can be consumed on a healthy diet for me to think that itās bad. I look into this all day, and I listen to what different doctors across the spectrum are saying. And my conclusion is simple, PEOPLE ARE OMNIVORES. Plants donāt kill us and meat doesnāt kill us. Junk food, inactivity, and time kill us. Eating muscle helps us build muscle, but there are plenty of benefits from non-animal foods, as well.
