2, 11 and 30 for the year in review game please! love all your work by the way!

2. What's something new that you tried in a fic this year?

Let's see... it's not out yet, but I wrote a fic about Bell-Mere for the Bell-Mere zine, and I'd never written for her before. I'm really happy with how it turned out, so I hope everyone checks it out when the zine is released!

I also started writing an arranged marriage fic, which is a trope I've been wanting to write for ages.

11. What fic was the most difficult to write?

The explicit non-con scene in "(I Made My Mind) A Sunless Space" was easily one of the hardest things I've ever written. I had to take quite a few breaks because it was so heavy; Doflamingo was making me nervous, and I was writing him! I'd had that scene in mind since starting the fic, though, so I knew it had to be there.

I also had quite a challenge with "A Thing Both Beautiful and Terrible." For some reason, I could not get the POV down for the longest time. I did a lot of switching between Law and Luffy before finally settling on Law's. I also don't write a ton of smut, so that was also a challenge. I'm very happy with how it turned out, though.

30. What would you like to write next year?

I'd like to finish some of my ongoing fics, and I'd like to do something with fem!Law. At some point, I'm going to write a vampire fic, too.
