Exciting Things

Usually I can say that not a lot has been happening in my life, and I’m pretty content with that if I am being honest. Lately, however, my schedule has been filled so full of things that I wanted to actually talk about it. So here it is:

Things have, for the most part, been doing pretty well. I’m still working with my blog, and I even launched a YouTube Channel, which I’ll do more with later on (Tumblr will know about it, I promise).

I’ve been helping to translate and proofread some indie games as they are being translated into English. Which is exciting for me--the prospect of seeing my name in actual video game credits. Knowing that I contributed to something worthwhile (in my eyes anyway).

I recently joined a panel for beta testing indie games, which too is exciting for me. I recently even backed a few games, which I had never done before! The games I back are @sentimentaltrickster and @lovemythosthegame. Exciting things for me. (the games are both totally looking amazing so please check them out for yourselves also!)

In less than two weeks @ageeksgirl08 and I are due to get tattoos together. My first tattoo, mind you. Her... 3rd I think? Anyway, I’m exciting because it’s already spurring ideas for more video game theme tattoos that I want. I won’t spoil the tattoo I am getting, I’ll just post pictures once it is finished, so don’t worry.

In any case, I have been notably less active in all social media because of these exciting changes in my life. Rest assured that I am not hiding. I am not dead. I am simply trying to make the best of what I have, and by doing so I hope to show something worth while in return for all of you.

It’s terrible and I’m sorry. As I get more comfortable with everything and get use to speaking and setting everything all up, I’ll get better. I promise. Just like with my written blog. ;)
