3:39pm Ben & Jerry's Blahhhhh

A judge dismissed Ben & Jerry's demand to stop Unilever's sale of the Ben & Jerry's line to Avi Zinger and his American Quality Product Ltd., for sale in Israel.

The judge said it did not deserve an injunction because they didn't show it would cause them irreperable harm or confuse the customer.

The judge also pointed out that in Israel, the products would be sold in Arabic and Hebrew, not English, so there was no risk of trademark confusion either.

But we don't expect the antisemites to give up yet.

Ben&Jerry’s keep amazing me I got myself a cup with Peanut Butter Cups in it. I thought that there are like, little pieces of peanut butter cups in like Like they took 3-4 mini cups and broke them apart and mixed them into the ice cream. But I honest to god found a complete mini Peanut Butter Cup in it, and the rest of it are always half a cup, which is a huge chunk Also the ice cream itself literally tastes like you put a spoon of peanut butter into your mouth and I love it Gotta be honest, they do keep what they promise This is no joke

Ummmmmmmmmmm did you know that there's a Netflixs Space force lmtd time Ben&jerry's ice cream?!?!?

It's called boots on the moon. It's chocolate ice cream, with cow shaped chocolate pieces, toffee pieces, and a sugar cookie dough core. Id like to think Colin is delighted by it, especially the cows. I hope he knows about it!
