Blueberry and Blackberry Frozen Yogurt Recipe
Greek yogurt, honey, mixed berries, and crushed almonds are used to make this tasty and healthy frozen treat. On a hot day, this raw frozen yogurt bar is a great way to cool off or have dessert.
Ingredients: 2 cups Greek yogurt. 1/4 cup honey. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1/4 cup crushed almonds.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle mixed berries and crushed almonds on top of the yogurt mixture. Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Once frozen, cut into bars and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 cup of low-fat Greek yogurt. 1 cup of mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 2 tablespoons of honey. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 8 whole-grain sandwich thins.
Instructions: Put the Greek yogurt, mixed berries, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender. Mix everything together until it's smooth. Spread the yogurt and berry mix out on 4 of the thin breads. Add the last four sandwich thins on top to make sandwiches. Each sandwich should be put in the freezer for at least two hours, or until it is completely frozen.
